Our practice is fully virtual, bringing therapy right to you. All sessions are conducted through Zoom for Healthcare, making it easy to access the support you need from the comfort of your own space. Whether you’re at home or at work, teletherapy offers the flexibility to fit sessions into your busy life without the hassle of commuting. Plus, research has shown that it is just as effective as in-person therapy, allowing you to connect with your therapist in a way that’s convenient, private, and tailored to your schedule.
